Platinum Global Ltd operates this application. Banking, custody and payment services are provided by our regulated partners. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & verification
You must be 18 or older and pass identity verification before you can hold funds, send money or exchange currencies.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for prohibited activities including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity restricted by applicable law.
4. Fees
Applicable fees are shown at the time of each transaction. We may update fees with reasonable notice.
5. Liability & disputes
Nothing in these terms limits liability which cannot legally be limited. Disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
